As we continue to move forward to affordable housing in Hawaii, we turn to Pearl City. We are building a new project in that will bring much-needed workforce housing to this area.

HCDC is working on this 35 unit infill project in central Kailua. Like our other projects, this development will be built and operated using Net Zero principles, with all energy created, stored, and distributed on site.
