Downtown Kailua has been through substantial changes in recent years, rapidly growing from a quiet beach neighborhood into a growing tourist destination. This has led to increased development and expansion of both residential and retail opportunities. 

HCDC is working on this 35-unit infill project in central Kailua. Like our other projects, this development will be built and operated using Net Zero principles, with all energy created, stored, and distributed on-site. 

This project is underway and will begin construction in Q1 of 2023, with a targeted completion of Q1 2024.
